HOW TO ORDER

Choose the products you would like to order on our store by adding to cart. You can see your shopping cart by clicking a cart figure on the up right of the website or clicking view cart after adding a product to a cart. Please go through that your order is right before proceeding to check out. You will see the shipping costs after adding your address. Fill your information and read and agree terms and conditions before placing an order. Click place order. After the purchase you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If you don’t, please check your junk mail.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped through PostNord, the Swedish Postal Office. All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days if other is not mentioned.

We deliver to the following countries:
Sweden: 2-3 business days
EU countries: 4-8 business days.
Please note that, unfortunately, we don’t ship to Åland, the Canary Islands or outside EU at the moment.

Shipping costs vary depending on shipping country: Sweden 20 kr, EU-countries 30kr 
(shipping prices include Swedish VAT 25%).

TERMS OF RETURN

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your items. All of the returned items must be in the same condition and in the original packaging as they were when purchased. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to our fault.

To start the return process, please email viivilaakkonen@gmail.com to get more information. Write RETURN in the subject line, and add order number and a short description why you want to return the product. 

PAYMENT AND PRICES

Pay simply and easily by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express).

All prices on the website are shown in the currency of Swedish krona, SEK. You can only pay in the currency SEK. All the prices include Swedish VAT 25%.

COPYRIGHT AND USE OF THE WEBSITE 

After the purchase, we are still the owner of all design rights and copyrights of our products.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to these Terms and Conditions, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control.
